Приєднався 6 лис 2015
Charter Radiology was founded in 2014 by Arvinder “Daisy” Uppal, M.D., breaking through the impersonal style of old-school radiology centers to deliver a uniquely personal experience. Dr. Uppal had a vision - to combine the most individualized, compassionate care with the most sophisticated imaging technology available.
Charter Radiology offers the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology most of which is not available at many area academic hospitals and local imaging centers. Areas of focus at Charter Radiology include neuroradiology, orthopedics, cardiology, vascular, urologic, and women’s imaging, as well as radiologic research studies.

My radiologist picked this up on me during my last chest CT for my stage 4 cancer into my liver. No other radiologist had, I suspect it has been there awhile.
How did u treat it ?
Have this from falling directly on knees on concrete: small partial thickness fissure involving the central aspect of the lateral facet of the patella on the axial PD. Feels like gravel when I straighten knee and causes a lot of inflammation and pain if it gets irritated from movement. Does this heal or am I stuck with it for life. It is painful to walk, worse up hill
Stuck with it. Get strong legs and walk/cycle/swim. Feel you.
@@nicolasfernandez2773 Thank you. The pain has gradually improved over last 6 months. Have to keep legs moving all the time or the pain gets worse and feels like arthritis under both knee caps. Understand that doing tail swings can prevent deterioration. Unfortunately I have hypermobile syndrome so when I stand the way I used to with my knees hyperextended I can really feel the pain so I have to stand in a completely different way with certain muscles engaged. Can squat again which is great as for 6 months it was hard to get out of a chair and do gardening.

Isn’t hip replacement surgery with joint replacement a contraindication to receiving an MRI? What is metal suppression?
Informative 👍
What sequence on MRI is best for measuring the cartilage cap?
Where would you feel the pain if you had this injury ? Thanks
I have this and it feels like a painful swelling right between my fibula and femur, where they meet.
